Biography
Alison is originally from North Alabama and has lived in Georgia for the past 25 years. She attended Auburn University and received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Lynchburg College in Virginia, along with certification in secondary math education. Her career path wound through a variety of areas, including inside sales, marketing, full-time parenting, public schools teaching, test writing, and volunteering.
Alison brings her experience in organization, presentation, and critical thinking to the position of Legal Information Specialist. Reading through hundreds of pages of documents in search of relevant details is a welcomed challenge. She enjoys serving clients by using her knowledge of where to look, who to ask, and what to ask for to track down needed information.
Alison enjoys reading, quilting, and traveling to historical sites and local festivals with her husband, a retired mechanical engineer. Their three grown sons are pursuing careers in computer science, mechanical engineering, and economics.
